Third‑Party AI

We are not responsible for content generated by external AI services. Their terms apply.

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Auto‑renewal unless cancelled.

All original content (prompts, design, code) is owned by Neuro Prompts AI. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or use our content to train competing AI models.

User Content

You retain ownership of your submitted prompts. By posting, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display and distribute it on our platform. You agree not to submit harmful or illegal content.

Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or generating harmful content.
  • Automated scraping without permission.
  • Using prompts for academic dishonesty.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AS-IS, NO WARRANTY

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted use, or fitness. AI output may be flawed — you assume all risk.

To the maximum extent permitted, Neuro Prompts AI shall not be liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the last 12 months, or $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, on an individual basis.
